City of London Coaching was established by Dr Douglas Young who has been working in Executive Coaching for twenty years. He is particularly interested in the relationship between coaching, organisation development and talent management, and has supported clients in a range of financial service environments. 

A Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Scientist, he is a Principal Member of the Association of Buisness Psychologists, a Member of the Royal Society of Medicine, a Director of the Society for Coaching Psychology, and an assessor for the Association for Coaching.

In addition to his coaching work, he has run leadership development and coaching programmes in the UK, Eire, USA and Australia. Douglas was awarded his PhD for research into learning processes and has published many articles on coaching and leadership development.
