No two engagements are identical, so we like to work with prospective clients at the outset to determine the configuration of coaching support and processes which best meet their needs and context. After the planning phase, we generate a coaching contract to ensure that all parties are clear about their roles and the need for confidentiality in the process. We recognise that the nature of coaching requires a level of credibility and "chemistry" between the coach and the person being coached.
