No two engagements are identical, so we like to work with prospective clients at the outset to determine the coaching approach, support and processes which best meet their needs and context.

We recognise that the nature of coaching requires a level of credibility and "chemistry" between the coach and the person being coached. In selecting a coach for any particular assignment this will be a key consideration.

All fees are agreed at the outset of any engagement, and we provide a  free initial "chemistry" meeting. 

All conversations between coach and client remain wholly confidential, and we strictly observe the highest ethical standards of the coaching profession.
